Hi:

yesterday I cleared my SCBCD.
Did not get a good score(only 72%)
But anyway...I am a beginner and was happy about clearing it .
Thanks a bunch to Kathy and Bates for their HEAD FIRST Series .
Without the book..I would have had a hard time understanding the concepts.
Also thanks to all the ranchers for their great help.

I was not an active member of this SCBCD forum but was a regular watcher.

My Study Strategy:

Studied for 4 weeks (4 hours per day)

In the last week took enthuware mocks(scored average of 68%)

Also referred to the spec(almost..but could not grasp everything..might be due to lack of exp and I never wanted to learn everything from the spec)

Finally wrote HF mock exam and scored 74%.

I felt real exam was much more confusing than the mock exam..(might be I am wrong..but i felt so)

I was also distracted at the test centre. So be sure to take your ear-plugs with you.

Got only 60% in EJB-QL.
Felt few questions were not answerable by me.

Scored 100% in security and 2 other topics.

Confused and got only 50% in CMP entity beans.

Anyway..its all over in the end.
I am not that happy with the score..but PASS IS PASS......

All the best for the future exam takers.
