Hi I have passed SCJP with 91% on 1 Aug and SCWCD with 82% on 29 Aug. For both I studied from kathy and bert books. These books assures above 85% if followed properly.

HF book is enough but try reading sample chapters on topics like custom tags, Deployment Descriptor and EL(you'll get most confusing questions from these topics). it would be useful if you write entire web.xml atleast 5 times as well as names of Listeners and events they recieve. I read HF after reading these topics from sample chapters. Don't forget to give j2eecertificate.com's sample questions.
