Glad to report my second result within the same month, though this time the result is a little bit out of my expectation.

But I am happy to pass this exam and I could be free from exam stuff in the remaining year and plan further.

Now, it is time to sleep and then play~

Congratulations Yiu Wing Tsang.

Can you please tell me if there were any questions on 'annotations' in the exam and if so how many (roughly)

Thanks
Srikanth.

Since I have certified with 1.4 before, I mainly focused on the new features from 1.5 that are required for the exam.

First I just run through the exam objectives to highlight which new features to be tested and go through them one by one. (annotation is not required according to the exam objectives, so leave it off a while )

I use Java 5.0 Tiger: A Developer's Notebook from Oreilly to start my exam preparation. This book gives an introduction on the new stuff from 1.5 (but some little parts are written wrongly). Also, I read some chapters from Java 2 V5.0 (Tiger) New Features written by Herbert Schildt. This gives me some more insight on the new stuff.

In fact, I follow strictly the exam objectives. I download the jdk source code and try coding and testing the new features. Besides, frequently referring to the source code or language specification can clear the misconception.

Finally, I purchase the questions from
http://www.examulator.com/phezam/login.php

The questions there are useful for the exam. I also tried the trial exam simulator from whizlab.
