Just some ideas..

I lost some points on GUI and Network Server:
GUI: 40 28
Network Server: 40 30

I think that I lost points on the Network server because the user must press CTRL+C to shutdown it (I used a ShutdownHook, etc etc etc) and I think SUN don't like this approach.

The lost points related to GUI I don't have any idea. My GUI was clean and easy to use. The only think that could be better is the Contractor's city field, I think that SUN would like me to use a JComboBox instead of a JTextField.
