Dang I was lucky. Collections and Generics and Threads really screwed me on this test. I used the HeadFirst Java 1.5 Book, the 161 question practice applet from javaranch, a couple of practice quizzes from JGuru. I wish the HeadFirst 1.5 book covered more Threads and Collections/Generics. Other than that, this book is easier to read and digest compared to the Core Java series. I wish more books were written in this style. probably use the headfirst j2ee and ejb book for their respective SC tests.
Not too shabby for about 20 hrs of studying

Wow - you're quite a daredevil using HFJ to study for the Tiger exam
Seriously, for anyone who's reading this, Head First Java isn't meant to be a Tiger SCJP certification book! (But K & B should be available in about 3-4 weeks!)
Spot false dilemmas now, ask me how!
