Do we need to remember the API level details to answer the questions.
RMS ....................... 100% (Hey Bert: I got all my RMS questions right!)
Finally, I recommend "Head First SCMAD" by Kathy and Bert. Even though it hasn't been written yet, I'm sure it'll be some day the best resource for this exam. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to wait indefinitely for this superb book.

Nice! Congratulations, sorry for I am very late.
Can you please tell the number of question subject wise as you expressed percentage(%)
My first exposure to the J2ME technology was through the second and third editions of this book:
Sing Li, Jonathan Knudsen
"Beginning J2ME: From Novice to Professional, Third Edition"
APress, 2005
ISBN: 1590594797
I really recommend it to anyone new to MIDP programming. In general, it covers most of the practical aspects required for the SCMAD exam.
Undoubtedly, you need to read the JSRs and APIs for this exam:
JSR-185: Java Technology for the Wireless Industry (JTWI 1.0)
JSR-030: Connected, Limited, Device Configuration (CLDC 1.0)
JSR-139: Connected, Limited, Device Configuration (CLDC 1.1)
JSR-118: Mobile Information Device Profile (MIDP 2.0)
JSR-120: Wireless Messaging API (WMA 1.1)
JSR-135: Mobile Media API (MMAPI 1.1)
The following book nicely summarizes JSRs 30, 129 and 118:
Roger Riggs (Editor)
"Programming Wireless Devices with the Java 2 Platform, Micro Edition, Second Edition"
Addison-Wesley, 2003
ISBN: 0321197984
I programmed an important number of MIDP applications using Sun's Wireless Toolkit 2.2, aiming to test every single aspect mentioned in the exam objectives. It was cool to see most of these applications running in my mobile phone (Sony K700i) and PDA (Palm LifeDrive). I believe this technology has an enormous potential, I hope it becomes as popular as it deserves to be.
A week before taking the exam, I studied using the exam simulator from J2ME Certificate (http://www.j2mecertificate.com/). I found a few errors in some questions, mainly typos, but I always got a promptly feedback when reporting any problems or questions. I definitely recommend this resource for anyone taking this exam. It really made a difference for me.
Finally, I recommend "Head First SCMAD" by Kathy and Bert. Even though it hasn't been written yet, I'm sure it'll be some day the best resource for this exam. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to wait indefinitely for this superb book.
Now it's time to celebrate and take a break (I'm going a few days to Acapulco with my wife and kids) . On January, I think I'll start my preparation for SCBCD or SCEA Part 1, I haven't yet decided.
Thanks to everyone in JavaRanch for their support.
...Ariel
