Sun SCJP FAQS

Dont lose heart. You have put in all the hard work so you dont have to start afresh, just look at the section scores , that must tell you where you need to focus.Focus on thse specific areas, test yourself with mocks.

Try to treat the exam casually next time,I am sure you will crack it.

Good luck

Congratulations for telling us you failed. I would not have told anybody because I do not have the courage.
For a brief moment when I was doing the test I thought I would fail it too as the questions are not straightforward and the time is really not on your side.
I advice you to prepare as much as possible and even use harder questions then the normal exam level .
On this exam (listed on the JavaRanch mock exam list)
Mughal & Rasmussen's Mock Exam Engine
http://www.ii.uib.no/~khalid/pgjc/jcbook/engine.html
for instance I could bearly score 57% a week before the exam . So to make shore you pass SCJP you should try to pass this one.It is not that hard.
I wish you good luck and I hope you pass with a high score next time.

Well .. as a smart man once said (I don't remember who) : it is not that important to have success as it is to recover after a failure.
So get back there and show them what you've got.

Good luck !
