cant log on to certmanager

i cleared scjp 1.4 on 11th march (saturday)(India)

i am unable to create account at certmanager (https://i7lp.integral7.com/durango/do/login?ownername=sun&channel=sun&basechannel=prometric)

it says "We could not find a user meeting the specified criteria'

shd i contact prometric center or wait for few more days

Make sure you are entering your prometric id in the registration id field...

i m entering my registration number ( as mentioned on my marksheet) in the registration id field and site number in the test center ID field

I am sure it works after you get an email from Prometric saying your certificate is ready and logon to certmanager to verify your address....

You must be having your prometric id and student id#... I will say try with both numbers...

i havent received ny mail frm sun or prometric as yet

i was able to succesfully create an account at http://www.certmanager.net/sun_assignment/

but when i tried creating account at :http://certmanager.net/sun
it gave an error that "We could not find a user meeting the specified criteria"

kindly help as i m confused abt how to proceed

I think they send email when your certificate is ready for shipping... If you can log on to your account then you can see your result and certificate status...

i gave exam on saturday and today is thursday

Hi, I have this problem before. email to PROMETRIC or SUN, they'll tell you what to do.
