I've passed SCJP last week. Thx to Bert Bates book for certification. Its very helpful for me.

Now I'am planning for SCJD, is it worthed? I'am worry about the asignment and essay exam. What its like? can anyone explain me?

and whats the difference between SCJP 1.4 and 5.0? If I passed SCJP 86%,is it means I'll get lower score? 70-80%?

thx

Congrats Hadi. Great job. I will move this to the Certification Results forum for you.

For the SJCD, Don't worry about the essay exam, it is only there so that you prove that your wrote your own assignment code. It is like, "What did you use to display a list and why? Answer. I used a JComboBox so it wouldn't take up much screen space and is user friendly.

Good Luck
