Hi Paresh,

I first studied Core Java Volume I,II (seventh edition) as I am new to Java. Then, I studied 'Sun Certified Programmer & Developer for Java 2 Study Guide (Exam 310-035 & 310-027)'. I think this book alone is enough for SCJP 1.4 exam.

I also took free mock exams at http://www.danchisholm.net/oct1/mybook/ and jdiscuss.com.
