"shasthra xyz,"

Welcome to JavaRanch, and congratulations on your certification!

Two points of business:
  • Please revise your display name to meet the JavaRanch Naming Policy. To maintain the friendly atmosphere here at the ranch, we like folks to use real (or at least real-looking) names. You can edit your display name here.

Congratulations! Regarding the other certification, why don't you take a look at the respective JavaRanch forums? You will see that they totally different, not only in their subject matter, but also in the type of examination you must take.

Thanks for being so kind to offer your help to all of us. Well, could you share with us your preparation as well as your experiences? Please do write your background too. Well..all in all..imagine its an interview(like we see for movie heroes ) and speak us your heart and mind.
    Thanks a lot in advance!

It took 2 months for me to prepare thoroughly for the exam.

I studied khalid's book for scjp.it has totally 11 chapters.it took 1 month for me to thoroughly study all chapters and i got lot of doubts.everything i tested by compiling and running the code.this way i tested what will happen if i change that or this like that.... and in the second month i did lot of free mock exams in the net.go to the following site.u'll find list of mock exams and I have done almost every exam in that list(except few).

    http://www.javacertificationexams.com/scjp-mock-exams.php

I hope this information useful for you if you have any doubts still i can help you.bye.

And I need to mention one thing that it's not required to have a job experience to pass this exam.I did my B-Tech in ECE and I didn't do any job until now.
