congratulations kathir vel,That's good score!
Most of them goes generally after scjp, to SCWCD,some may go as per their current domain in which they are, meaning if a person is mobile development side he may go for SCMAD,if a person is webservices development side he may go for WEBSERVICES certification.

Congrats kathir vel

The level of easyness depends on the interest and your preparation i would say.

Usually people go for SCWCD, SCBCD after SCJP.

SCWCD -> for web technologies (deals with Servlet, JSP )
SCBCD -> for component development (deals with EJBs)

Good luck!
