Hi
I passed SCJP 1.5 with 97% today (310-055). The strange thing was that I was presented with 82 questions. Is it normal? Did anyone have the same number of questions?
What's more strange is that the Examination Score Report says:
There are 82 questions in this exam. You answered 70 questions correctly which gives you a score of 97%

and then:

Declarations, Initialization and Scoping ...... 100 %
Flow Control .................................. 100 %
API Contents ................................... 80 %
Concurrency ................................... 100 %
OO Concepts ................................... 100 %
Colections / Generics ......................... 100 %
Fundamentals .................................. 100 %

I personally think that I've made 2 mistakes, which would be consistent with final result and above percentages. But what about number 70 above?

If you got 82 questions and you answered 70 correctly, then your score would ofcourse have been 70/82 * 100 = 85% and not 97%.

The 82 is probably a bug / typo somewhere. You probably really got 72 and not 82 questions.

And congratulations! 97% is really good!

Well. I expected to have 72 questions and 175 minutes, but I did have 82 questions (for sure) and about 3,5h (I don't remember exact time in minutes). But all other things were normal - questionare about my experience, type of questions and so on.

I'm sorry about confusion I've maden. From SUN's site:

There are 10 unscored questions in this exam. Forty extra minutes have been added to your exam duration to allow you ample time to answer all questions.
