I just came back today, was very happy that I passed the exam. I am telling you, it's hard, it's real hard. I got 80 questions and 3 hours to do it. Finished 40 min earlier. I felt it's slightly easier than SCJP, but only because you don't have to read as much code. But the content is defnitely hard and can't be passed by someone who is not prepared. Few of the question is definitely not coverd in the headfirst book.

I was feeling extremely exhausted after the exam, similar to SCJP exam. You just can't assume any sun certified exam is easier than the other one, if you do, you will get you butt kicked. I think I will take break for at least 4 months before any certification.

As I was saying, I felt light headed from the exam, I guess for not moving much and keep staring at the monitor has that effect on you. Then I drove home. I felt my hands and feet were very cold, first of all I thought it will go away in little bit but after 1 hour, I still pretty much feel the same. I also felt a little feverish. So I took thermometer and guess what? I have fever and got sick! 101 degrees! I was feeling good when I started taking the exam and got sick right after the exam. I haven't gotten sick in years! I am pretty sure it's caused by the exam! I think my body is trying to tell me to stop what you have been doing for past 2 hours, it's bad for you. So, I got fever because of the stress from the exam!

Well, I hope I get better by tomorrow. Lots of water and Tylenol!

Preparation: Read HFSJ twice and done 6 tests from enthuware. I got around %65 from HFSJ final exam, it was hard. Real exam is little easier. But really you can't assume the 20+ points increase on the real exam, it's not safe to assume so.

If you plan to take it soon, ask away, I will see if I can help out with little hints that doesn't violate any rules.

Yeah, you gotta wash your hands after those exams, otherwise you'll get the success bug. Not only does it give you a fever, but it makes you want to collect more and more Sun certifications.
