I have cleared SCDJWS with 95 % and all very thanks to Gaurav Agnihotri for sharing his knowledge and Michael Zaikin for his study notes.

https://coderanch.com/forums/ Total 69 questions time 2 hours and 45 minutes and passing score 68% Target Audience- 1. Practical knowledge on previously used web services using JAX-RPC and related APIs would be able to write this exam with ease.
2. Practical knowledge on Axis and related technologies need to prepare for this exam as it revolves round some specific APIs and we need to study those.
(I fall in this category and I have explicitly studied JAXR, JAXB , SAAJ and refreshed JAXP DOM and SAX Parsing)
3. No practical knowledge on web services-Start from these APIs
What has to be studied
XML web Service Standards (All theoretical questions only)
SOAP 1.1 Web Service Standards (All theoretical questions only)
Describing and Publishing (WSDL and UDDI) (All theoretical questions only so don�t spend much time on UDDI JAXR )
JAX-RPC (Mostly all theoretical questions so don�t mess much you just need to know how to call a stub )
SOAP and XML processing APIs (JAXP,JAXB, SAAJ)
JAXR (Don�t waste much time here but read just concepts �I have not got any drag and drop code snippet here)
J2EE web services (How in
Servlet based and how in EJB based end point)-Package Structure of war and ear with web services �Keep a note exam asks about jax-rpc based implementation and not Axis
Security (All theoretical questions so don�t mess your mind with Certificates etc)

General Design and Architecture
(All theoretical questions only like end points servlet based /ejb based
and layers �Interaction Layer & Processing Layer what to be done where and when )

Study Material Links There is no preparation book in the market yet like
SCJP and SCWCD etc as this exam is a new one. So, even I find it difficult to go about this.
I followed this book (
Java Blue Prints Team have prepared this book) �it�s vast but after writing exam I realize only first 3 chapters are sufficient as they cover those APIs in which I have not worked practically.
