I work 3 month 1/2 on this certification, with a pause of 3 weeks, I think it's not a good idea to do a pause because I forgot many think during this pause.
I have read K&B book for java 5, and do some sheets (in French for me) which I have read a lot of time.
I have done all free mock exam for java 5 found on Javaranch.
Read the javadoc for special think of java 6 (Console, NavigableSet and NavigableMap).

And that's all.
