"SCEA study guide" - Allen and Bambara
"Core J2EE patterns, 2nd ed."
"Mastering EJB 3.0"
"Design Patterns", GoF
Sun JEE tutorial - the EJB part only
Whizlabs SCEA 5 simulator
SCEA 5 Study Guide (http://java.boot.by/scea5-guide/index.html)
Various articles on JAX-RPC and JAX-WS
