I appeared for SCWCD on Friday and cleared that with 100%. Following are the books/notes which i followed for the preparation :
1> Read HFSJ around 4-5 times, an amazing book with brilliant explanation of concepts. If you are new to subject then use it to build your concepts.
2> Hanumant Deshmukh book, a good with with more exam oriented approach.
3> Marcus Green notes : very useful notes, provide the overall picture of the course
4> Mikalai Zaikin : Brilliant notes, you can't afford to miss these well written notes.
5> Peabody notes : Used for design
pattern. Thanks Peabody for such wonderful notes.
6> Specification : Read
servlet,
JSP and JSTL specification thoroughly, believe me it'll be proved quite useful in the exam.
7> Mocks : Taking mock exams are crucial part of the preparation, so take as many mocks as you can. Enthuware and Marcus's mocks were very good and give the feel of the real exam.
I would again like to thank Sierra and Bates for giving us such a wonderful book, thanks Peabody and thanks all ranchers, i was just a quite listener of this lively forum, Thanks all once again...
