After the crash and a week of down time i was wondering how old is javaranch? This is the first crash right? what is the history with javaranch? anyone know?

JavaRanch first opened in the early 1900's when Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid started it up just prior to running off to Uruguay.

Paul could not find out in which year www.javaranch.com was hosted from contacts page. But we had a nice thread to search out the first post (3 years back) on JavaRanch from where the answer may be caught....
