OCP 9i--no need to take the hand-on course if take the first exam before 1 Sep?

look the information about OCP 9i, as there's a change on the deadline,

which one is the first exam, 1Z0-007 or 1Z0-001?
as 1Z0-007 belong to OCA, there's some confuse.

#1Z0-007 is the first exam, which u can take it online.
#1Z0-031 is the second exam.

You can take either 1Z0-001 or 007, either can be counted towards OCA 9i.

I'm sure that Oracle say we could bypass the hand-on course if we take 007 before 1 sep 2002.
what I want to know is that if you take 001 exam, before 1 sep 2002, is there still such offer?

I think that the 001 could be used for the same purpose.
