I took the test today, and let me tell you something: It has nothing to do with the sample test !
I had much better results at the ICE test, than the real exam, so I changed my mind about posting here my answer to questions of the sections for witch I made 100%. It wont help you.
How I prepare ?
- A short 4 days introductory course.
- 3 months of experience with the product
- I read two Redbooks, and trying the examples with witch I was not familiar.
- WebSphere Studio Application Developer and Web Services
- WebSphere Studio Application Developer Programming Guide
- I read the help documentation under tasks from By type view.
The benefit of preparing this certification is that I was forced to work some areas of the tool that I was not used to, and that I think I will those use in future projects. Still I found some question of the real test silly, and I think I dont need to know the answer to those one in order to work efficiently with WSAD. In my opinion the whole point to prepare and take an IT certification, is to sharpen yours skills and to get you new ones, thats what makes to worth the effort. So for this one, you will better have a god memory. God luck everybody!
