I am planning to start preparing IBM UML Certification, can any one provide some guidance on the exam complexity, reading material, mock exams?
Thanks
Suresh

The IBM UML exam is not in itself a certification (you do not get a certificate).
It is simply an exam, which is part of other certifications.

Suresh,
The certification you will be working for is the JCert Certified Enterprise Developer. Check out http://www.jcert.org/ . You will need to take a series of exams including the IBM UML exam to attain this certification.
