IBM has announced many free certification testing offer on Websphere and XML.

2. be one of the first 1000 people to qualify for a voucher for one or more applicable tests between November 18, 2002 to February 29, 2003.


What does that mean? Does that mean I have to call them to get a voucher, or they will send it to me if I pass the sample test? Confusing....

It means you have to be one of the first 1000 people to pass the ICE test. After passing you will automatically be emailed confirmation of your achievement if you are within the first 1000.
At least this is how it has been in the past.
