I assume you are looking for the RUP (Rational Unified process framework). Try this link to Rational Web site, http://www.rational.com/university/index.jsp
Some Info about RUP cert.
"Exams are open book. Lookup information is in the RUP repository online during an exam, there is no time limit on the exam. Know the documentation/structure of the tree browser well before you start."

There is a certification from IBM tests your knowledge about Unified Process, but not design specially for Unified Process. The certification test is IBM 486, Objected-Oriented Analysis/Design and UML.
