Hi,
I am new to IBM Certificate. Here are some questions:
How about if I am failed in Pre-assessment ?
The Pre-assessment score will be record or just ignore if it is failed  ?

Is book ":UML Distilled: A Brief Guide to the Standard Object Modeling Language, 2nd Edition"
by Martin Fowler enough to prepare IBM 486?
Thanks,
Xu

There is another book listed on IBM's web site.

Both of them are important. I think Martin Fowler's book emphasis on UML. Craig Larman's book is more on OOAD.
