Exam 158 - ICE question about exporting ear file from WSAD

Hi.
The question below is baffling me and I'm wondering if any of you has a clarification.
What is the MOST direct way of exporting an enterprise application to WebSphere Application Server Advanced Edition from Application Developer?
a) Export EAR file from Application Developer and deploy using the Administration Console.
b) Export J2EE modules from Application Developer and use AAT to assemble and deploy.
c) Publish the EAR file to local or remote WAS AE.
d) Publish the EAR file to local or remote WAS AE and use AAT to deploy.
Single Select - Please select the best answer (one and only one choice must be selected).
The correct answer is "a", apparently.
So, what's wrong with publishing the project from WSAD into a remote WAS AEs ? Or is it just a catch due to the explicit "exporting" in the question ?
Thanks in advance.

Just realized the question mentions Websphere Advanced Edition as the target server.
Per the WSAD documentation, it only supports publishing to the Advanced Single Server Edition.
A matter of attention to the question...
