IBM Cert - Should I wait for version 5?

Hi all,
I have just completed all 4 Sun Micro Java Certs and am now going to focus on becoming an IBM J2EE Developer (i.e. 157, 158, 483, and 486).
Is anyone concerned that these tests are for version 4 of WAS? Surely these tests will become v5 centric soon and make the v4 certification outdated. What is the upgrade policy for IBM certs, and when is v5 tests coming out? Should I wait?

Yes wait for Version 5 , it meight be soon....and my guess is they may promote exam with free voucher like they did for 158 in early stage

Well, we won't know for sure until they announce it, but IBM seems to release the exams for each version all at once.

I think 486 is not versionized. UML is not realted to what version of WAS or WSAD.
