Hi,
I passed 158 and 483 on March 30 and 486 on 31. I use Mastering EJB (2ed) to prepare for the 483 exam.
I almost missed all the websphere related questions for the 158 exam. The 486 exam. was not as difficult as I thought. Some of the questions are common sense and I use UML Distilled (2ed) to prepare for it.

Really an awesome result
Congratulation again!
Please, could you give me some info about your PMP certification (impact on work, tips) ?
I'm trying to evaluate the impact of this certification on industry for professionals in IT.
Thanks,
Massimiliano.

When you join/register for the PMP examination (www.pmi.org), they will give you a BOK document. I use this document and the book "Information Technology Project Management, Second Edition" to prepare for the exam. This book is not just for the examination and it can be use as a reference for your day to day work. Provided you have really solid or large scale project management experience, you will not fin d the examination too difficult.
For the prospect, most of the professional service or systems integration vendors encourge their staff to sit for this examination and use this certification as a marketing tool. I seldom see IT people in user organization sit for this examination.

Hi Darry,
Congrats!!!
a person with your credentials.. how much $$ can me make .... just out of curiosity.. if you dont mind answering ?? So you seem to have conflictling technologies on your certs unlike some people on this board like who has .net and java certs... companies will either be .net or java shops. Not both. IMO it is useless to have microsoft certs when you are on a java track. please post your opinion.

I think if you put .net and java in your resume .. companies might think you are confused.
