My first post, my first accreditation its just first all round.
In general it really was a very easy exam to pass but possibly hard to get real high marks without a real familiarity with WSAD born of a few months worth of work. A crash course will definitely get you through though. If anyone wants any help just ask but for my mind the only resources you really need are WSAD and the help functionality.
Well I now have my entry level certification under the belt I am off to pursue the 286 exam.

Hi Green,
Congrats..I have just started preparing for this test. I have couple of months experience in WSAD 5.0. Did you buy any books/study material/test guides. If so , could you recommend which one is good.
Thanks in advance..

There is actually an excellent study guide for the IBM Test 285 by Gary Craig and Peter Jakab, published by IBM Press entitled An Introduction to Web Application Development with IBM WebSphere Studio. You may have heard of those authors before. Both been involved with IBM certifications for some time. http://www.mc-store.com/5213.html
