Hi,
Today I cleared IBM 484 . Here's my bit of story ..
* I purchased the exam a couple of days ago after I cleared IBM 486 and scheduled the exam for mid - november
* I had some free time on Friday so just took the sample test from IBM for 484. Cleared it with 70%.
* Immediately called prometric and reschduled my exam to the next working day.
* Quickly browsed through some EJB book for a couple of hrs.
* Went and wrote the test and Passed the test with 68% ( I was expecting atleast 70% though :-) )
The reason for me rescheduling and writing the test with out good preparation was the content of the test. I rather prepare well and write the SCBCD test (which I will do next month). 484 for me is just a means to acheive the JCERT path(486,484,IBM/BEA)
So if someone wants to pass this test with a good score, a good preparation is required as well.
Moving onto the next one .. [ the BEA WLS7.0 ] and then i can rest from JCERT path. I luv weblogic so I better prepare well and crack the test.

Hello Dinesh,
Congratulations!
You're planning to do the IBM 287 in the not too distant future, eh?
Well done!

Hi
I would be glad to take the IBM 287, but only after the BEA WLS7.0
What happens if we clear both (IBM 287 and WLS7.0) after (484,486). Are we going to get two Jcert Enterprise developer certificates?
Thanks

You'll get something from IBM for sure. I can't answer for BEA.
jCert does not confer anything.

Why is the word "abbreviation" so long? And this ad is so short?
