I cleared the IBM 484 yesterday. As mentioned in previous posts read the J2EE blueprint completely.
Writing IBM 287 by the end of this month.

Is IBM sampletest(484 longpost) and the sampletest in IBM resources same or are they different.

tell us about preparation andwhich mocks did you do.

Regarding preperation you must read
Designing Enterprise Applications with the J2EETM Platform, Second Edition (Cover to cover)
There were some tricky questions from EJB. Could get only 10 out of 15.
JCA question was straightforward.
JAXP one question from API
JMS 2 questions.
JDBC2.0 about 2 questions.
EJB exceptions 2 questions
EJB transactions 4 questions.
JAAS one question
Overall it was similar to ICE or Prime IBM 484.
