where to find Sample Questions for 486, 287 and 288?

I found this Test 484 ... LONG POST here with all the questions from the IBM sample test(so-called Prime, right?).
Are there also similar links for 496, 287 and 288? I have tried but cannot find any.
BTW, does ibm exam tell you how many answers are correct, i.e. to be selected?
