Hi Everyone,
I was wondering if it would be legal to post questions from sample 288 test here. I am taking a real test on Saturday, and was wondering if people could help me straighten a few questions I don't understand on the sample one.
Thank you,
Boris Minkin

IIRC, there've been posts in the past with the mock exam questions from ICE for other exams, so I don't see that it would be a breach of the rules around here. As I understand the rules, we're not permitted to post the real exam questions, but we can discuss the mocks.

Well, I was waiting to hear back on the ICE questions from IBM since they are now pay-to-take. Since I haven't taken them myself, and don't have access to any agreement that you may need to say yes to before taking them, I can't give a definitive answer yet.
The way I look at it, is if you pay $10 or whatever it is to take them, and you post here, you're basically letting people take for free what you had to pay for.
So to answer your question... I dunno.

You know, I suppose I didn't think about it in that light. I'm still too used to the free ICE exams. I still think, though, another big unanswered question is whether or not there's a do-not-disclose clause when you sign up for the current mock site...

As far as I remember, there was such a clause in the PRIME agreement.
