The IBM 340 Sample Exam Questions have been posted here .
Although it is good for people like me who r preparing for the exam!!!
As far as I know IBM does not permit publication of these questions
especially once the sample exam has become paid.
What is Javaranch's policy on this subject ?

The only way to find out:
Maybe some interested people (including me) could write some email and ask an apropriate IBM email adress, if they allow us to post the questions.
I have strong doubts, because 2 companies are involved. IBM outsourced their prep tests to prometic and prometic gets those 10$, I guess.
I can understand that this is no job for a voluntary moderator.
Interested people should do this stuff themselves. Unfortunatedly until weekend I am quite busy and also weather is too good.

I answered the question over in the post mentioned above. As I state there, this has been brought up a few times and I've tried to get a clear answer, but none has been forthcoming.
