I am not sure about the type of questions for this exam. Is it only multiple choice questions or are there are any fill in the blanks or Drag & Drop questions?
Sun had drag & drop questions in their SCBCD exam.
To book a test, we use www.2test.com (prometric site)
But I have always bought voucher online at SUN's site for SUN exams.
I couldn't find any link to buy the voucher for this exam at the IBM web site
