Hmm SW = software
Am I completely out of focus...?
I though "WhizLabs WebLogic Certification Exam Simulator" was software.

Oh, I get what you mean.

You can get more detail from Whizlabs' WL page:

Basically, the simulator is for those who wanna take WL 7.0 certificate. From other posts, you know Whizlabs is working with a WL 8.0/8.1 version, but it may not be come out so soon.
