Hi,

I m back with anouther doubt in Larman's book (page 528)

in figure 33.16, diagram shows the use of third party API
i.e. IBMJavaPOSDevicesFactory & NCRJavaPOSDevicesFactory.
these calsses may be provided by third party so we cant
touch it, we have to use them as it is. but here in design
it is shown that it extends JavaPOSDevicesFactory which must
be our own class. how it is possble? M I trying to understand
it wrong?
moreover these two classes(provided by third party) has two
method newCashDrawer() & getNewCoinDispenser().. normally you
wont get the same method names provided by different parties.
so it will be hard to provide a factory design pattern.
Has Larman just given this example to make us understand?

i m too confused guys
help me
thnks in advance
Tausif
