Hi,
I'm aware of SCJP and other Sun Certifications.
Having worked a lot of web security, LDAP , EJB SEcurity, i love to know if there is J2EE Certification that covers SEcurity aspects alone?

No, SUN does not provide any exams that based on J2EE security. If you want to focus on security, you might consider CISSP and CISA, but these 2 exams focus on general security, not specific to J2EE.
