I have follwoing certifications

SCJP 91% March 2001
SCWCD 93% Sept 2001
IBM UML 85% Aug 2001
IBM XML 77% Oct 2001
IBM J2EE 78% Feb 2002

So I had all this long time ago and then I went to school again for my MS so I dunno whats in the market, I am in US . I guess now for getting job u must know struts , WASD , MQ series etc and I dunno any of them. Very frankly I have forgotten many details of J2EE as I havent used them for 2-3 years.

I am now reviewing J2EE , servlets , JSP basics. I am graduating in July so I wanan put my 2-4 months on learning new things so that I could get job easily. I always found certifcation easy and helped me in concentarting. So i am looking for some new certifications.

Can some one advice me what certification I should take like IBM WASD(157. am I right, i just cud nt remember nos. of exams).

Please advice me tah twhat path I shud follow.

How is WASD ? Is it tuff ?? How long will it take to learn ?? CAn some one please tell me the link from where to downlaod latest version.

Have come to this site after 3 -4 years and its just the same :-) When I took IBM UML exam , there were nt many people out there with UML certification. IBM XML certified were very very rare. I could remember that IBM exams were really tough as compared to SUN or microsoft, they put alot of efforts in setting exam but minus point was that they had only 1-2 pools of exam questions. Is it still the same ??

How abt free voucher scheme in near future ??

Thanks in advance.

What is WASD? are you talking about WSAD?
J2EE is still the hot spot in the job market. IBM WSAD is taking ahead of Web Logic. Also MS .NET is catching up very quickly.
If I were you, I think I will continue my effort in J2EE area.
