Hi, everybody.

I'm starting to study for the IBM Certified Enterprise Developer, but I noticed that the objectives are a little old.

Test 486 is based on V1 of UML.
Test 484 is based on J2EE V1.3
Test 287 is based on WebSphere V5.0

Will they update these exams?
More important: should I attempt to become an ICED now?

ICED 6 is going to release.

IBM will release IBM 255 this month, which is RAD v6 for IBM 287. I guess IBM will soon update the tests.

If you want to wait, you might wait, but the full ICED 6 might release next year, as currently, only IBM 285, IBM 286 and IBM 287 are going to be upgraded.
