I have passed Test 288 with 75% today. Originally, I would like to take the test around late Oct. It sounds that it is plenty of time. I have changed my mind to do this test as soon as possible. So study the IBM red book intensively within 2 weeks. In reality, I guess most of the questions. My recommendation is reading the red book serveral times. Now, I will take a very very long break. Next Target will be 257 in next year.

Congrats Peter ..

Were the Q's similar to those posted in the "sample 288 questions" in this forum or they were different in terms of difficulty and the way the Q's are asked.

Do we need to read chap 8(wsil) , chap 9(wsif) and chap 17 (Application developer integration edition) from the redbook.currently i am ignoring those.

As I do not know web services very well, I can't say you can skip any chapters. If I were you, I would study those chapters at least one time. If any question related to those topics appears, you can make a more wise guess. The questions asked are similar to those sample questions in style. But I surprise that one question is exactly from them.
