How Difficult is the IBM OOAD UML Exam?

Using the other Sun cetifications as a reference point, how difficult is this exam? Also how much will it cost (i've just missed the free offer ).

Years back, I studied UML / RUP (and OMT, BOOCH, OOSE) - but sadly never have had the chance to use them in industry.

It is relatively tough, but all depends on your experience in OOAD. The emphasis is more on design rather an UML itself. The cost is $175 in the US.
