I checked the IBM website and started wondering how effective are their 'self study' links. Any one using(or used) them please provide the details. Thanks.

To answer your questions:

How much: $150.
What's covered: See their site.
Where can you take the test: Any Prometric or VUE test center.
What's the pass percentage: 67%

As for the study materials, the two books they mention are wonderful, actually - they're two books you shouldn't be without if you're going to be using UML on a regular basis.
