I just passed Oracle 1Z0-147 "Oracle 9i: Program with PL/SQL". The resources I used are PL/SQL Programming (by Urman/Hardman/McLaughlin), an Oracle Complete Reference book, plus additional info from the web.

I've been working on these continuously over the past 3 years. After getting past a certain number of tests, everything seems to get easier.
 
With a little knowledge, a cast iron skillet is non-stick and lasts a lifetime.
