Moving to Product and Other Certifications.

Since there are so many IBM certifications, it may also be useful to list test numbers for what you are looking for.

You get 75 minutes for the exam and the fees is $125.
You can join ibmwps348 and that yahoo group has some sample questions in their poll.

FYI, sample questions for 399 are available here in Javaranch.

Oh ...I never knew that Smart Guy!!!

Mouli, I have posted some answers on that thread too.... but joining the yahoo group would be more helpful because it has questions abt 348 and 399(***including all of these posted in the thread referred above ***) in polls where members have posted their votes for answers.

Since Portal is humongous and also fairly new technology with scarce resources available I would say yahoogroups will be your best bet.

Good Luck

Actually, sample questions of the yahoo group are drawn from here. You are welcome to join the yahoo group if you are interested in studying portal certifications. But you must observe the "Must Vote" rule in the poll. This is a very serious rule !!!

I also encourage ranchers to discuss their answers here because this will let others know the reason why choosing that answer for a question just like Sachin did in the past.

Thus, I would say the yahoo group is the supplementary group.

Hi,

Please help.

038. Which of the following is NOT a generated component of the Web Service Client Portlet Wizard?
 A. A Java proxy class used as a proxy to access the Web Service.
 B. A Java class that extends the PortletAdapter class.
 C. JSP pages, Method.jsp, Input.jsp, and Result.jsp, for rendering views of the portlet.
 D. Java mapping classes, which may be required for access to certain Web Services.
 E. A WSDL file definition required for accessing the Web Service.

I think it should be E.
But don't worry coz its a 5.0 question and as far as I know the wizard has changed a lil bit in 5.1.

Thank you Sachin.

I agree with you that E is the answer. But I also can't find a class which extends PortletAdaptor,so I think B also can be the answer.(Portal 5.0 Test Environment under RAD 6.0)
