IS there any certification exam avaiable for Spring Framework???

Except maybe the free ones from http://javablackbelt.com/
But these are for your self evaluation only.

Anyway this does not mean you should not learn Spring . If you have a choice of open source solutions using Spring as a glue code is really a good option

I don't want to hijack the thread. I would like to add if you are planning on a brand new JEE roll out; Spring is the best option now(with its awesome AOP API + Spring MVC tags etc). Spring in combo with Hibernate or iBatis takes care of many scenarios people want to achive.
