I passed this exam today. My preparation was about 3 weeks seriously.I used the material SW 717,718,719. I also used sg246773 redbook. To be frank, the resources provided are not sufficient. You should have web services knowledge and IBM SOA products like IBM busiess process server, business process modeller, business process monitor, IBM tivoli products for service deployments.SOA lifecycle. SOA integration patterns. You should also know about different standards and specification (Topic 1 of SW 719).

I got lot of questions on SOA assessment. for ex : how do you access a certain business for SOA.I think my preparation was not sufficient on this topic. I got total 71%.i would say it is an average exam not so hard and not so easy from my perspective.

Hope this helps.
Good luck!!!

I passed IBM test 665 today(85%). I read SW717, SW718 and SW719. Also I read lot of developerworks articles on SOA and webservices.
http://www-128.ibm.com/developerworks/views/webservices/libraryview.jsp?type_by=Articles
Also read a new redbook: "SOA Foundation Service Creation Scenario" (sg247240).
Lot of questions on IBM SOA Reference architecture. Also some product /architecture knowledge on Tivoli will help. Few questions on WS-addressing and also WS-Notification , WS -specification, interoperability.
Webservice/ESB knowledge is very important.

Cleared IBM 665 wit 70% this week. Refered SW717 718 and 719. I had a fairly good exposure to IBM EAI tools. the free material for 919 is sligly out dated.
