Unfortunally IMO, my company is moving away from java and using .net. I like java, and I think their reasoning to move is flawed, even if there are valid reasons why other companies might move.

My question is - is there a site as close (if thats possible) to being as wonderful as this site for people trying to learn microsoft?

I wish I could say that I'd found one for when I'm doing my C# development. I'm using TechExams.net for when I'm just browsing certification matters, but other than that, I've found no one single location that's as good as the Ranch for .Net...
