Grab-a-site works , i have used it on two occasions to save pages from the new as well as from the old ubb and also replicated onto palm . Go ahead give it a try , the trial ver. is free , but the only problem is that it acts a bot and downloads profiles etc., which sometimes is a pain , meaning you will have to sift thru the info and delete some to minimise the disk space. It virtually replicates the whole site .

- Creating a new thread as i didn't find the thread moved from MD ( new ubb bug ? i am also degraded to no of posts = 33 ! )
Nah - I don't think so. That tool only works if the site exlusively used html pages. UBB uses flat files and renders them dynamically into html pages on the fly. To download everything you would need the UBB software to recreate the html downloaded also.

YES. It Works. Just tried it and works on a page-to-page basis.
