Ajith,
Why are you thanking yourself in the first link, u-u-h? <blockcode>"I would like to thank Ajith Kallambella and Frank Carver, who provided most of the links on this page "</blockcode>
Then I am terrified by this list, is it ALL really needed just for 1 test??? I beleive not.
It was written that it is necessary 2 months to prepare for passing exam but it is necessary more time just to study contents of all links. It is terrible "help"

The links page was developed by Mapraputa, not me. I hope that explains it.

Thank you for being so appreciative. The links page is not exclusively for XML certification. They are just a collection of good XML-related resources. Some of them may also be useful for the certification and can be used as a study material. It is up to you how you want to make use of it. Just "help yourself"

Hey G,
that's not a very good attitude...
The time it takes to pass a certification exam is different for everybody since everyone has different background experience. If it took 2 months to someone it could take twice as much (or less) for someone else to swallow the same amount of docs... As Ajith said, it is up to you to figure out what you want to read... If you choose to read only the XML specs, there you go... If it's enough for you...
The links page is not provided as a guideline process but just a sort of XML portal, that's all, Know how to appreciate and use it !

Valentin,

I would have agreed, if XML forum was not split. This is XML certification and it has nothing to do with swallowing documents and dwawning inside links but passing FAST test's requirements.
ALL Links/documents are for work and specialist in XML, certification is for getting employment and therefore money. Certification just consumes money and time. If cannot get job fast, then all the rest is senseless.
Either there was no much sense to split the forum or, if it was done, the ocean of links and labirynth are for another branch.
Where am I wrong?

I'd appreciate if you spare this thread and discuss general concerns like these in a separate topic. Let us use this thread for sharing and commenting about useful XML links.
Thank you for your understanding.

I beleive it had sense. At least you added

This page is maintained by Mapraputa Is

in the list
If smth is extremely uncomfortable why it cannot be discussed/changed? Just lock it or re-address if it is all not just for hitting keys. What's the problem.
Couldn't imagine that someone believes, that he treats here great problems here.
If it is not for discussion why it is dynamic and not just static HTML page?

I have a suggestion G... why don't you go annoy someone who cares what you think. The people here are volunteers who give up their free time to help people. They don't need idiots like you with snot-nosed attitudes to whine about how there are too many links on a page.

Branding somebody an idiot is not a good attitude as well. G may be annoying but he certainly is not an idiot.

I added it to prevent possible confusion in the future.
Also, I edited your post to break a long line in CODE tag. It made the whole thread too wide to fit browser's window. I did not change anything else in your post, just wanted to improve readability.

I haven't seen any posts that would lead me to that conclusion.
